Located in the heart of the shopping and dining district in Pacific Beach, Calderaro started working at Zanzibar Caf\u00e9 two years ago and she says she feels fortunate to be a part of the thriving company. Calderaro has a spunky, outgoing personality that keeps her customers on their toes while simultaneously performing her job. &#8220;No matter how busy we are, I always write a little thank you note on every bill, I think little things like that go a long way,&#8221; Calderaro said. &#8220;I\u2019ve always been a real people person. Talking is not a problem for me.&#8221; Calderaro is also aware of her demographics. &#8220;Especially here Pacific Beach, we cater to more of the younger crowd, so the connection there is a little bit easier. I think it\u2019s really important to remember people\u2019s names. I have a very visual photographic memory for that stuff and I think that goes a long way.
