The Strike Force have announced their training camp schedule in preparation for the season.
\nTraining camp will take place at Pala Casino located at 11154 Highway 76, Pala, from Friday, Feb.21 to Saturday, Feb. 28.
\nThursday, Feb. 20:\u00a0The team will arrive in San Diego to begin entrance physicals at the Strike Force\u2019s official medical provider Spine & Sport Physical Therapy.
\nFriday, Feb. 21:\u00a0The team will report to Pala Casino for the first meeting to go over season expectations, paperwork, the training camp schedule, and playbooks.
\nSaturday, Feb. 22 through Friday, Feb. 27:\u00a0First team practice at the Birdsall Sports Complex (BSC) located at 32380 Deer Hollow Way, Temecula, from 10 a.m. to noon. Afternoon practice will be at BSC from 3 to 5 p.m.
\nMorning practices will be full pads with a focus on offensive and defensive individual skills, including 1v1 skills and 5-on-5s. Afternoon practices will be helmets only to emphasize technique work, install and have a conditioning based focus.\u00a0
\nPlayers and coaches will be available for interviews before the start of practice and immediately following.
\nSaturday, Feb. 28:\u00a0Scrimmage at BSC from 10 a.m. to noon. All practices will be open to season ticket holders. Limited opportunities for autographs and photos will be available following each practice.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
