Pacific Beach Woman’s Club’s annual wine taste fundraiser and silent auction will take place from 2 to 5 p.m Saturday, April 30 at Hornblend Hall, 1721 Hornblend St.
\nTickets are $15 each plus two bottles of the same wine valued at $10 or more. One wine will be for tasting and the other is for the silent auction. Taste a variety of wines, and sample a selection of appetizers, while supporting the club. For wine tasting tickets, call Patsy Kuczkowski at (858) 274-4262 or email patsykuczkowski@gmail.com. \nThis year the club is celebrating 121 years of service to Pacific Beach and greater San Diego. The volunteer group supports a wide variety of educational, environmental, health, and social services throughout the city. Those include the Mission Bay High School music program, Pacific Beach Locals Surf Team, Pacific Beachfest, Kids Fishing Derby, PAESAN (honoring our police, firefighters, lifeguards, and park rangers), Stand Up for Kids, Polinsky Children\u2019s Center, Surfrider Foundation, Heifer International and Penny Pine Reforestation Program.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
