However, now with his new job as a sign flipper for the UPS Store, 1804 Garnet Ave., he is ready to move forward with his positive attitude in tow. &#8220;I went to clown school years ago,&#8221; Williams said. He said that was why he was dressed like a scarecrow. The costume has nothing to do with the approaching costume-themed Halloween. Williams joked that while he moved here 34 years ago, he is not sure if that qualifies him as a local.
