Residents are encouraged to visit the winning storefronts, including: \u2022 &#8220;Best in Theme&#8221; \u2014\u00a0Sunset Cliffs Animal Hospital, 4862 Santa Monica Ave. \u2022 &#8220;Most Whimsical&#8221; \u2014 \u00a0Progressive Fitness, 4966 Santa Monica Ave. \u2022 &#8220;Most Traditional&#8221; \u2014 \u00a0Cottage Antiques, 4873 Newport Ave. \u2022 &#8220;Most Elegant&#8221; \u2014\u00a0\u00a0Gary Gilmore Goldsmith, 4857 Newport Ave. \u2022 &#8220;Special Mentions&#8221; \u2014\u00a0Bella Donna, 4820 Santa Monica Ave.; Bone Appetit, 4845 Newport Ave.; Dog Beach Dog Wash, 4933 Voltaire St.; OB Nails, 4796 Niagara Ave.; Lighthouse Ice Cream, 5059 Newport Ave.; and San Diego Bay Flower Company, 4822 Santa Monica Ave. OBMA officials are now preparing for the 2009 Holiday Home Decorating Contest.
