The project is located at 3929-3933 Gresham St. and 3958-3966 Riviera Drive in the Crown Point neighborhood of Pacific Beach, just one block from Mission Bay\u00a0with direct beach access within close proximity. \u00a0The project was\u00a0built in 1977 and is comprised of houses, townhomes and one and two-bedroom apartments.\u00a0The\u00a0units\u00a0offer open floor plans with fireplaces,\u00a0some water views,\u00a0private garages and patios\u00a0with significant onsite parking.\u00a0\u00a0DMJ Partners plans to complete significant renovations to the interior and exterior of the project.\u00a0 \u00a0
