\nCleopatra is a 2-year-old spayed silver tabby who is holding court at the county\u2019s animal care facility in Carlsbad. The shelter is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and is located at 2481 Palomar Airport Road.
