Between July 2004 and July 2019, the property was leased to various businesses, including a marijuana dispensary, which was ultimately removed.\u00a0<br \/>\nThe buyer was Marigold Investors, LLC represented by The Franco Realty Group and led by Dillon Myers, Leanne O\u2019Berry and Cody Wippel. The seller was self-represented. \u00a0<br \/>\nThe 7,000-square-foot retail and office building is now being offered for lease by The Franco Realty Group.
