My notes indicate that I took this photo in December 1986. Holy cow &#8212; that\u2019s nearly 25 years ago!! Speaking of birthdays, <b>Crystal Pier<\/b> &#8212; which hardly looks a day over 70 at the foot of Garnet Avenue &#8212; will turn 85 on April 26.
