The trade-off is that the restaurant, which has quickly become a big part of Prospect Street commerce, is closed until spring.<br \/>\nJorge Campos&#8217; design will add 60 seats and 2,000 square feet to the below-ground restaurant and will feature a lounge area with a new bar, an oyster bar, more expansive ocean views and increased outdoor seating. The move is part of wholesale renovations at a the 1250 Prospect St. address, which includes George&#8217;s at the Cove and Donovan&#8217;s Steak &#038; Chop House.
