Most waited more than two hours to order a cupcake. April Doctolero waited anxiously for both a cupcake and a photo with Candace Nelson, Sprinkles founder and judge on the Food Network series,\u00a0&#8220;Cupcake Wars.&#8221; Doctolero said she travels for a living and tastes at least one cupcake in every city she visits.
