Aguas frescas \u2013 nonalcoholic combinations of fruits, cereals, flowers or seeds blended with sugar and water \u2013 will initially mark the beverage menu, with beer and wine to follow.<br \/>\nThe proprietors recently launched branches in Tijuana and Santa Ana. They announced an expansion to Little Italy earlier this year; that venue is scheduled to open in the fall and offer Southeast Asian dishes and desserts.
