About 300 attendees, mainly parents with their kids, showed up for the event, which was a result of the time, funding and energy of residents Peggy Moore and Mike Campagna. Campagna is the owner of Cass Street Bar &#038; Grill, located at 4612 Cass St. Families enjoyed a face painter, clown, magician and a variety of sweets and snacks, including 250 hamburgers grilled by Campagna. Once it got dark, the DJ &#8220;Ace of Music&#8221; closed the event with Top 40 tunes. While many of the younger children left, a large group of teenagers stayed to dance.
