Floats depicted films from &#8220;Pirates of the Caribbean&#8221; to &#8220;The Jungle Book&#8221; to &#8220;The Endless Summer&#8221; made their way through the neighborhood. The community turned out in droves in festive attire to watch the event that has been a Bird Rock favorite for decades. <b>Fireworks light up the night sky at the Cove<\/b> Despite dreary clouds that socked in the coast the entire day, viewing was excellent at the La Jolla Cove fireworks display.
