Does the master plan include addressing the issue of feral cats that have invaded the hillside section? The feral cats are non-native, predatory, a potential source of disease, and likely having a significant negative impact on the populations of native animal species in the park. I know that park visitors are feeding the cats potentially contributing to the problem.
