Tara Moore is accused of stealing more than $5 million from her employer, former mother-in-law and others, with $3 million said to have been stolen from Jack&#8217;s on Girard Avenue.<br \/>\nMoore&#8217;s alleged fraud surfaced when Jack&#8217;s owner Bill Berkley hired an outside accountant to examine the restaurant&#8217;s records.<br \/>\nMoore worked for the Girard Avenue eatery from 2005 to 2009.
