The free community event was open to children and adults to help paint a mural titled &#8220;The Fantasy Seascape.&#8221; The nonprofit center was founded and directed by Kim Howell, an OB resident and professional artist. The center is committed to providing a nurturing and positive environment\u00a0where children can express themselves freely while engaging in the arts.
