Lifeguards recovered a body off the coast of La Jolla on Sunday morning. Officials report that the body is that of Taylor Watts, 27, who fell off the Crystal Pier in Pacific Beach on Jan. 21. Watts, an aspiring musician, reportedly hit his head as he fell from the pier. Lifeguards, divers and helicopters searched for Watts for several days.
