Happy hour is 3 to 7 p.m. weekdays, 4 to 6 p.m. weekends.<br \/>\nEuphoria is open daily for lunch and dinner. Polles noted they carry a wide assortment of burritos as well as shrimp ceviche and cocktail sauce, carne asada, chicken and fish tacos as well as cheese quesadillas on the Mexican side; hummus, pita, falafel and kale salad in Greek cuisine; as well as American-style food favorites like buffalo wings, mozzarella sticks, hamburgers and fish and chips.\u00a0<br \/>\nThe pet-friendly grill with outdoor patio seating also carries desserts including cheese cake and chocolate cake, baklava and choco-flan. There are also gyro, Greek and Caesar salads, carne asada fries and nachos and gyro sandwiches and plates.<br \/>\nSample platters of the diverse cuisine are also available. A pet menu is planned soon.<br \/>\nEuphoria breaks its menu down into not so hungry, hungry and very hungry categories assisting customers select the right portion size.<br \/>\n&#8220;We wanted to have a fun atmosphere that people want to come out to chill, have a beer and a good time,&#8221; said Polles.<br \/>\nThere are five strategically placed TVs within the spacious grill, which has a huge mirror in the rear with booths and tables inside as well as wifi and a PS4 for video game viewing.<br \/>\nEuphoria accommodates groups. &#8220;Someone can call ahead and we\u2019ll reserve a spot for them,&#8221; said Polles.<br \/>\n&#8220;We have a nice patio with heaters,&#8221; added Mann.<br \/>\n&#8220;The community really has welcomed us,&#8221; noted Polles.<br \/>\n&#8220;They like to support the little people,&#8221; said Mann.<br \/>\nPolles and Mann do it all. &#8220;We\u2019re not a big corporation, it\u2019s just us waiting tables,&#8221; said Polles. &#8220;We cook, we clean,&#8221; said Mann. &#8220;Everything is done from scratch, the dressings, the sauces. Everything is fresh. People notice when they come in.&#8221;<br \/>\nThe pair get in early in the mornings and prepare food for days ahead. But it\u2019s all worth it.<br \/>\n&#8220;We like people. We like to hang out with people,&#8221; said Polles. &#8220;You feel good when you look at the reviews, and you talk to people, and they tell you it\u2019s great.
