With the help of partners and elected leaders across San Diego County, PAWS San Diego is hosting a pet food drive to support low-income families with animals. <\/span> <\/p>\n

The organization is asking members of the community to bring unopened dog and cat food (both wet and dry) to participating locations throughout San Diego County. The drive will run from Nov. 1-15. <\/span> <\/p>\n

This year alone, PAWS San Diego will provide more than 1.7 million pet meals to low-income families, living with chronic illness or disability, or experiencing homelessness. Since just last year, PAWS San Diego experienced a 45% increase in clientele, making the need for this food drive even greater.<\/span><\/p>\n

PAWS San Diego, a program of San Diego Humane Society, helps people keep their pets by providing essential pet services and support to low-income pet families. Thanks to generous support from the community, PAWS San Diego is able to help loving pet owners keep their best <\/span>friends happy, healthy, and by their sides.<\/p>\n
