He received credit for 53 days in jail.<br \/>\nNone of the nine victims were there and the prosecutor said none of them wanted to speak at the sentencing. Four of the victims lived in the same house.<br \/>\nThe judge denied probation and waived imposing any fines or fees.<br \/>\n&#8220;All were happy he pleaded guilty,&#8221; said Howden afterwards.<br \/>\n&#8220;He randomly chose locations where women were,&#8221; said Howden.<br \/>\nHubbard was arrested Oct. 12 by San Diego Police after women noticed he was peering into windows at night in the 1000 block of Hornblend Street and on Thomas Avenue.<br \/>\nA woman was breastfeeding her baby at 9:33 p.m. on the couch in her residence when she noticed a man staring directly into her window on Oct. 4, according to court records. She told police he then ran off.<br \/>\nThe first incident occurred on Sept. 11 at 10:51 p.m. when women noticed he was smoking and loitering outside an apartment complex. When contacted by police, Hubbard said he was looking for blankets as he was homeless.<br \/>\nOn Sept. 25, women called police at 9:44 p.m. after noticing he was looking into their windows. He told police he was ill.<br \/>\nWhen he was arrested, Hubbard said &#8220;Good, I don\u2019t want to be around these sluts,&#8221; according to his arrest warrant declaration.<br \/>\nHe pleaded guilty Oct. 24 to three counts of prowling and window peeping and three counts of similar charges and petty theft were dismissed.
