Still can\u2019t believe we are part of something so awesome!! Big thank you to all of our loyal customers, our 5-star yelpers, our Chuy\u2019s Crew, and friends and family that continue to support us.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the celebrity status of the restaurant, Chuy\u2019s owners also recently announced they are expanding into the space next to their current location at 6663 El Cajon Blvd. In another Facebook post, they said they will remain open during normal business hours during the construction and to look out for a grand opening soon.<\/p>\n<p>Visita <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ChuysTacoShop\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">facebook.com\/ChuysTacoShop<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>A grand reopening<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Best Western hotel located at 6474 El Cajon Blvd. has just completed renovating its lobby and exterior area and will hold a grand reopening celebration on Oct. 3, 1-2:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>The public is invited to come see the new look, learn about the hotel\u2019s journey through the renovations and also hear more about plans to renovate the hotel\u2019s 61 guest rooms and 28 suites.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>African express<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On Sept. 6, Flavors of East Africa \u2014 a regular hot food vendor at local farmers markets throughout San Diego \u2014 held a grand opening for its second restaurant location on the SDSU campus, 5157 College Ave. The new location is called Flavors Express and will serve the restaurant\u2019s farmers market options with a menu.
