DEBE IR<\/b> The La Jolla Village Merchants Association\u2019s (LJVMA) “Haute La Jolla Nights” is back again with live music, art, after-hours shopping and dining in the Village on Sept. 15 from 6 to 9 p.m. This month\u2019s free event will feature 16 musical groups performing everything from blues to bluegrass, more than 75 shops and galleries staying open late for a Village-wide sidewalk sale, and food and drink specials at many of La Jolla\u2019s restaurants.
