The local company is best known for its signature Beach Goth blend, described as “dark, sinful and complex.” Swell crafts its coffee in San Diego, but sources beans from the passionate and talented people farming coffee in Peru, Ethiopia, Burundi, Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala and Mexico.
Vallas began Swell Coffee in November of 2011 after 10 years serving in the Navy. Vallas merged his passion for surfing with his appreciation for small businesses to create the ocean-oriented Swell Coffee Co. His small operation quickly grew into one of San Diego’s up-and-coming coffee roasters with two cafes in coastal San Diego neighborhoods. Today, the companyvprovides its relationship coffee to local markets, restaurants and breweries and operates cafes in Mission Beach and Del Mar.
For more information, visit swellcoffeeco.com.

Swell Coffee Co., a locally-owned and sustainable coffee roaster, recently expanded its roasting facility in Point Loma at 3515 Hancock St. With this larger space, the budding coffee company can grow its production to meet the needs of San Diego businesses seeking wholesale and delivery options that supply relationship coffee flavored with responsibility, local passion […]

[11551,11600

post-276447","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-news","category-sdnews
["GET
