I have a lot of the same people [employees] that started with me five years ago. We have very low turnover, and it\u2019s very high energy.” On game day, that high-energy crowd trickles in donning their respective sports teams\u2019 jerseys and gear as early as 9 a.m. to catch the early games. They fill up on a hearty breakfast and indulge in some refreshing libations. “In the mornings, we have different tables,” Corallino said. “We\u2019ll have a Giants section, an Eagles section, a Cowboys section, Redskins section \u2014 a lot of different fans, so it\u2019s a big, diverse crowd.” Game-day specials on 100-ounce towers of beer and 80-ounce towers of mimosas to share don\u2019t hurt in terms of drawing a thirsty crowd, either. “We open at 9 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays during the football season, and we have a really killer breakfast menu. We have a crab-cake Benedict that is to die for and also a Captain Crunch French toast,” he said. Chef Silvano Renteria, a 20-year veteran in the San Diego food and beverage industry, caters to the crowd\u2019s appetite with some hearty portions of sumptuous game-day grub like the monster chicken wings, giant 16-inch pizzas and half-pound burgers made with quality meat from Tarantino\u2019s. “If you\u2019re really hungry, we have a one-pound \u2018home run\u2019 burger, which is actually a half-pound beef patty and a half-pound bratwurst patty served with smoked Gouda cheese, mustard and sauerkraut on a pretzel roll,” said Corallino.
