The Hillcrest Wind Ensemble is one of Southern California\u2019s finest adult musical organizations.<\/p>\n

When first formed in 1985 as San Diego\u2019s Finest City Freedom Band, the group brought music to the LGBT community as a marching band that also played concerts.
