Among them are two new rollouts: Patton Porter made with coconut and Norma Jean Blonde Ale made with cranberries. All pints are $5.<\/p>\n<p>Owners Jade Malkin and her husband, Greg, launched the company last year in Miramar with a World War II theme that extends to the new outpost. Their brewmaster is Joe Lisica, former senior brewer for Green Flash.<\/p>\n<p>Still in its soft opening, the tasting room opens daily at noon (see website for closing hours) and features a painting of a Union Jack flag stretched across the ceiling.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a nod to our British allies during the war,\u201d Malkin said, noting that the bar top is made from old brass bullet casings.<\/p>\n<p>Bagged chips are available and food trucks roll in Thursday through Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>Malkin said a grand opening for July or August will soon be announced on the company\u2019s Facebook page (Little Miss Brewing NH). Lutzius added a second floor for patio seating and said the finishing touches to the property will be complete in three to four months.<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019ll open initially wyith beer and wine, but eventually plans on obtaining a full liquor license for developing a large selection of tequila. <em>4727 University Ave.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Hidden off Fifth Avenue in Hillcrest is the new <strong>Cigar Cave<\/strong>, which was home to two hookah lounges. The series continues at the same time on July 27 with chef Accursio Lota of <strong>Ristorante Solare<\/strong> (<em>2820 Roosevelt Road, 619-270-9670<\/em>). It will be followed on Aug. 31 with chef Michael Ground of <strong>Fireside by the Patio<\/strong> (<em>2855 Perry Road, 619-432-2100<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>The menus will be determined on short notice since they\u2019re based on the market\u2019s seasonal bounties. The cost for each event is $50 per person, which doesn\u2019t include alcohol.
