Thirty juried artists will exhibit their work on the patio of Spanish Village (1770 Village Place, Balboa Park) with pieces done in techniques ranging from stained to etched to mosaic and more. There will also be live music, demonstrations of torch work and glass cutting, and an area for children and adults to create their own mosaic piece to take home. This event is free and open to the public. The show and sale will be open from 10 a.m.\u20135 p.m. both days. <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2doLq3T\">bit.ly\/2doLq3T<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8216;Opera on Track&#8217;<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Saturday, Oct. 8 and Sunday, Oct. 9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>San Diego Opera will present free, abbreviated performances of &#8220;La Cenerentola&#8221; (Cinderella) using singers from the company&#8217;s Opera Exposed program. This unique program is designed as an outreach effort to attract new and returning audience members to the Opera. Discounted tickets and other incentives will be offered at these performances to encourage ticket sales for &#8220;La Cenerentola&#8221; which opens Oct. 22. The performance on Saturday will be at Convention Center Station (200 W.
