Organized by the Irish Congress of Southern California, the Irish festival takes place in Balboa Park as the parade \u2013 with over 120 entries \u2013 routes along Fifth and Sixth avenues in Bankers Hill.<\/p>\n This year\u2019s theme is \u201cCelebrating the Gaelic Athletic Association,\u201d Ireland\u2019s largest sporting organization.
