It will seat 120 people indoors and outside, and feature a classical Italian repertoire made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, said owner Joe Busalacchi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe concept will be fresh and clean. We\u2019re going to serve the sweetest tomatoes, hand-shaved parmesan cheese, herbs we\u2019ll grow in our own garden and simple, delicious recipes that Italians have enjoyed for generations,\u201d said Busalacchi, owner and president of Busalacchi Family Restaurants, which includes seven restaurants in Little Italy, Hillcrest and Eastlake.<\/p>\n<p>Busalacchi\u2019s on Fifth opened in 1986.<\/p>\n<p>To commemorate the move, Busalacchi\u2019s on Fifth is reviving its original menu\u2014and original prices\u2014for a special evening in April.
