After taking the money, he left the bank and was last seen walking north on Fifth Avenue, Hassen said.<br \/>\n   The man was described as 5 feet, 4 inches tall, with blue eyes and a scruffy beard. He was wearing a black jacket and carrying a blue tarp under one arm, and a white canvas bag under the other.
