With a theme of \u201ccelebrating local\u201d the upcoming San Diego Restaurant Week (SDRW) will be having a special launch party on Saturday, Sept. 12 from noon \u2013 3 p.m. at a private hydroponic farm, \u201cGo Green Agriculture.\u201d Many of the participating restaurants from SDRW will be on hand offering tastes of their food, more than 20 at press time and more are signing up every day \u2014 and over 20 local craft breweries, wineries and distilleries will also be on hand. Tickets are $75 and now on sale at tinyurl.com\/q2atsd5.<\/p>\n

SDRW is the culinary event of the year, with hundreds of participating restaurants from Sept. 21 \u2013 27. Lunches are available for $10, $15, and $20 and dinners are available for $20, $30 and $40. Diners love to check out restaurants they\u2019ve always wanted to try but could not afford.<\/span><\/p>\n

No tickets are required, just show up at the restaurant of your choice (most require a reservation for dinner due to the crowds) and choose from the SDRW menu. <\/span><\/p>\n

Parque de Croce Oeste<\/a><\/b> in Bankers Hill is offering a $15 prix fixe lunch or a $40 dinner with options for each and will have live music most nights of SDRW.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bankers Hill Bar + Restaurante <\/b>in Bankers Hill is offering a $40 three-course dinner menu with beverage pairings at an additional cost.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bertrand en casa de Mister A<\/b> in Bankers Hill will have a $20 three-course lunch menu and $40 three-course dinner menu, from Sept. 21 \u2013 25. <\/span><\/p>\n

Blue Point Coastal Cuisine<\/b> in the Gaslamp Quarter is offering a $40 \u201chook, line and sinker\u201d dinner menu with wine pairings for an additional price. <\/span><\/p>\n

Davanti Enoteca<\/b> in Little Italy will be offering at $15 lunch menu and a $30 dinner menu. A three-course wine flight is available for $15.<\/span><\/p>\n
