The lineup includes \u201cobscure seafood\u201d with Jason Knibb of <strong>Nueve diez<\/strong> on March 9; \u201ceggs\u201d with Matt Gordon of <strong>Consuelo urbano<\/strong>, <strong>Moonlight Lounge<\/strong> y <strong>Sea &amp; Smoke<\/strong> on March 16; \u201cregional American cuisine and whiskey\u201d with sausage master Carlos SanMartano of <strong>Salt &amp; Cleaver<\/strong> on March 23; and \u201cold school classics\u201d with Tim Kolanko of <strong>Stake Chophouse<\/strong> on March 30. The four-course dinners begin at 6 p.m. and cost $40 per person. Seating is limited to 20 guests. The intimate meals feature locally sourced ingredients, with each weekly menu created on the whims of the chefs. Among the newcomers Schmidt resurrected and revised from old cocktail journals is the \u201ctropical itch,\u201d a Hawaiian bourbon-rum concoction with fresh pineapple that reportedly became the first cocktail served with a paper umbrella.
