I have always found writing things down to be quite cathartic. I have been into health and fitness for many years and I know we all get in our \u201croutines\u201d and sometimes need a shift.My journal starts today. Time for some changes. Thanks for the inspiration!<\/p>\n<p><i>\u2013 Charise, via sandiegodowntownnews.com<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Someone should spend some time around town and observe the bicycle riders lack of knowledge and total disregard of traffic laws [See \u201cEditorial: A 360 degree vision to make San Diego the bicycle mecca it should be,\u201d Vol. 14, Issue 6]. Try Morena Blvd. on any given Saturday or Sunday morning. I see riders breaking laws almost on a daily basis. It is small wonder that more are not involved in accidents. Many of them have no regards for signal lights. Bicycles riders and drivers texting appear to be the greatest hazards on San Diego roads today.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u2013 Mac Quinn via sandiegodowntownnews.com<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Hey Mac, for every one bicyclist who runs a light, there\u2019s like 5K+ car incidents against bicycling every day, to the point that running a red light makes sense b\/c at least you\u2019re avoiding the dangers at the corner [See \u201cEditorial: A 360 degree vision to make San Diego the bicycle mecca it should be,\u201d Vol. 14, Issue 6].<\/p>\n<p>There are evil, evil drivers out there which far make up for any rogue bicycling \u2026 worry about killer drivers before we worry about the occasional bicyclist who takes matters into their own hands, how many bad bicyclist cause accidents?
