Both properties are 165,000 square feet, each.<\/p>\n<p>The interior design has an industrial loft-style feel, featuring exposed brick, concrete pillars, 13-foot ceilings and oversized windows. The amount of money spent on the renovations is undisclosed.<\/p>\n<p>Matt Carlson,\u00a0Jeff Oesterblad\u00a0and\u00a0Ryan Grant\u00a0of the Los Angeles- based CBRE Group will be leasing the property.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe campus offers large, collaborative spaces to accommodate a company\u2019s growth,\u201d said CBRE Group senior vice president Carlson in a press release. \u201cThe floorplates will entice and retain talented employees with amenities that go beyond the nine-to-five workdays of the past.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The campus features nine patios and 64,000 square feet of outdoor collaborative space as well as an amphitheater for multifunction gatherings.<\/p>\n<p>A central meeting place called the treehouse is a patio space under a massive ficus tree, planted by Helen Copley, with hanging chairs, hammocks and meeting areas.<\/p>\n<p>The campus also boasts additional outdoor spaces and parks both within and between the buildings as well as along the San Diego River.<a href=\"https:\/\/missionvalleynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/web-Screen-Shot-2017-03-07-at-11.06.26-AM.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3922 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/missionvalleynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/web-Screen-Shot-2017-03-07-at-11.06.26-AM.png\" alt=\"New look, new name for Union Tribune building\" width=\"600\" height=\"361\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 600px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 600\/361;\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen the Union Tribune stopped its presses in 2016, it made one final impression with the last characters of the traditional alphabet \u2014 the ampersand,\u201d said Casey Brown, principal of Casey Brown. \u201cAMP&amp;RSAND is a historic location reimagined for the demands of the modern workforce.
