The Anime\/Manga Club<\/strong><\/p>\n

Discuss fantastic anime and manga new and old: their history, storylines, possible storyline revisions and the latest news. Club members have a say in what anime and manga titles should be added to the library collection. For teens only.<\/p>\n

Chinese Storytime with Kaili<\/strong><\/p>\n

Saturdays, 10 to 10:45 a.m.<\/p>\n

Come enjoy exciting stories told in Chinese.<\/p>\n

Crafts for Kids<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mondays and Fridays, 4 to 5 p.m.<\/p>\n

Stretch your imagination and create fabulous crafts. The craft is different every week.<\/p>\n

Hatha Yoga for Adults<\/strong><\/p>\n

First Thursday of the month, 11 a.m. to noon<\/p>\n

Aryn Rannazzisi leads a gently paced class combining breath work and postures to promote strength, flexibility and balance. This all-levels class will include inversions, backbends and sun salutations. Please bring a mat or large towel and a hand towel or strap to class.<\/p>\n

Homework Help<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Kids: need help getting your homework done? Our tutors will assist you. They specialize in English, math, science and history. First come, first served.<\/p>\n

Hopscotch Tiny Tots<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tuesdays, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Join Miss Kim for a fantastically fun program containing crafts, music, and stories! For babies and toddlers!<\/p>\n

The Library Carolers<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dec. 24, 4 to 5 p.m.<\/p>\n

Eat cookies and marshmallows, drink hot chocolate, and sing holiday carols to the community! No one will be hired to sing; YOU are part of the Linda Vista Library choir! All ages welcome!<\/p>\n

Toddler Yoga Storytime<\/strong><\/p>\n

First Thursday of the month, 10 to 11 a.m.<\/p>\n

Toddlers will enjoy the calming, meditative effects of yoga while interacting with their parents and the other children participating.<\/p>\n

Holiday Hours<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Linda Vista Library will be open Dec. 24 from 11:30 a.m. \u2013 6 p.m. The library will be closed Dec. 25 \u2013 Jan. 1. Regular hours will resume Jan. 2, 2015.<\/p>\n
