Sergio Rojas of the U.S. Border Patrol and Customs agency will enlighten us about the results of the current fence \u2014 erected in the San Diego area during the 1990s \u2014 and discuss the ramifications of a future completed fence.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4458\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4458\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/missiontimescourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/web-Border-wall.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4458 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/missiontimescourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/web-Border-wall.jpg\" alt=\"Border Patrol to speak on current and future fences\" width=\"600\" height=\"389\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 600px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 600\/389;\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4458\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Security at the border will be discussed at the next Navajo Canyon Republican Women Federated meeting. <em>(Comunes Wiki)<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Check-in time for the 11 a.m. meeting is 10:30 a.m. A full-course luncheon will be served at noon, followed at 12:30 pm by our speaker.<\/p>\n<p>Cost of the luncheon meeting is $25 and reservations are required. The evening will include dinner, speaker and the famous Navajo Road Show \u2014 a silent auction on members\u2019 own antiques and collectibles.<\/p>\n<p>Dozens of other items will also be up for auction or sale. The site of the event will be the Elks Club in El Cajon.
