This discussion will give insight and dispel myths surrounding &#8220;mood foods&#8221; and diets that contribute to mood elevation or making us lethargic. The talk will be given at 12:45 p.m. at the College Avenue Center (6299 Capri Drive, Del Cerro). At each location, improvisors will transform these tasting rooms with a stage, seating and sound. Their first comedy shows will feature George Lopez, one of the original Latin Kings of Comedy.
