{"id":227045,"date":"2020-06-26T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-06-26T07:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sdnews.com\/tomato-tart\/"},"modified":"2020-06-26T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2020-06-26T07:00:00","slug":"tomato-tart","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/test.sdnews.com\/es\/tomato-tart\/","title":{"rendered":"TOMATO TART"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por JULIE WHITE<\/p>\n<p>This can be put together really quick for an appetizer, dinner or when you have company over \u2014 easy and delicious.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 12-ounce ready made puff pastry, thaw if frozen<\/li>\n<li>4 ounces red cherry tomatoes cut in half<\/li>\n<li>8 ounces yellow cherry tomatoes cut in half<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup or one jar of sun-dried tomatoes sliced into slivers<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup black olives, pitted and sliced (Kalamata, Nicosia or ordinary canned black olives)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<li>Handful of Arugula drizzled with olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Handful of fresh basil<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Direcciones:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 425 degrees<\/p>\n<p>Put a baking or cookie sheet into the oven to heat up. Roll puff pastry into a 10- by 12-inch rectangle.<\/p>\n<p>Prick all over dough with a fork. Mix all of the tomatoes and olives together and add salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Place the dough on preheated tray and cover with the tomato mixture. Bake for 15 minutes or until browned.<\/p>\n<p>Remove from oven and sprinkle with the cheese and Arugula.
