Happy holidays!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 shredded whole rotisserie chicken from the grocery store or 4 cooked chicken breasts shredded<\/li>\n<li>1 large can hominy corn (I do not drain, it thickens the soup)<\/li>\n<li>1 large jar Herdez mild green salsa (if you prefer spicy food, you can use hot salsa)<\/li>\n<li>1 white onion chopped<\/li>\n<li>2-3 zucchini chopped<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves minced garlic<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon ground cumin<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Condiments to top pazole: shredded green cabbage, chopped radishes, sliced limes,<\/p>\n<p>chopped avocado, sliced fresh jalape\u00f1os if desired.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nDirecciones:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Saute onions and garlic in a few tablespoons of olive oil until tender.<\/p>\n<p>Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Ladle into bowls and top with your condiments.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBe always at war with your vices, at peace with family and friends, and let each year find you a better person.\u201d<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By JULIE WHITE This recipe is courtesy of Pam Crooks.
