Available in all markets.<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon ground cumin<\/li>\n<li>Juice from 1 lemon<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoons of water<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves of garlic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Direcciones:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heat your oven to 400 degrees. Place the carrots on a baking sheet with the garlic cloves. Toss with oil and salt. Roast for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Remove from oven and place in a food processor with the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle with parsley if desired and chill.
