You can serve it alone as a side dish\u00a0or with canned or grilled tuna \u2014 really different and delicious!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><br \/>\n2 cups fresh spinach, chopped<br \/>\n1 cup fresh parsley, chopped<br \/>\n1 15-ounce can of white cannellini beans (rinsed and drained)<br \/>\n1 cup of sliced or chopped celery<br \/>\n1\/2 of a red onion, chopped<br \/>\n1\/2 cup of olives, chopped (you can use black, green, or nicoise olives)<br \/>\n1 can of tuna, drained and flaked<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dressing:<\/strong><br \/>\n4 tablespoons olive oil<br \/>\n4 tablespoons red wine vinegar<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves, minced (you may use 1\/2 teaspoon of garlic powder)<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon\u00a0of both salt and pepper<\/p>\n<p>Place dressing in a jar\u00a0and shake well. Pour over salad ingredients.
