Don&#8217;t be afraid to use the fish sauce in the recipe. It adds a delicate, salty flavor that is hard to duplicate. Roast in a 400 degree oven for 45 minutes, or until done. (You can also use a rotisserie chicken.) When cool, shred the chicken meat.<\/p>\n<p>Cook the noodles while your chicken is cooking. Cool.<\/p>\n<p>Combine the next six ingredients to make a dressing.<\/p>\n<p>Make your salad with the vegetables.
