Shirley Kaltenborn will share a brief history of Federated women in San Diego.<\/p>\n<p>All this will happen Tuesday, Sept. 13, at the Brigantine Restaurant in La Mesa at the Fuerte exit off Interstate 8. Check-in time for the 11 a.m. meeting is 10:30 am. A full-course luncheon will be served at noon with the speakers to follow at 12:30 pm. Cost is $20.
