My wife and I are retired. She has had recent triple-bypass surgery and needs to walk a couple of miles every day.
The Ocean Beach Pier has long been a favorite place of ours to walk in the midafternoons. Lately, it’s like running the gauntlet [because] half the fishermen are overhead casting. There are bikes, skateboards and dogs in profusion.
Is this a courtesy problem, or are there regulations involved that are enforceable?
