Tricia Downing, first female paraplegic to complete an Ironman triathlon, will share lessons about facing the unknown Tuesday, March 10 as part of the seventh annual UCSD Women’s Conference at the Price Center Ballroom. The parley roster includes renowned business consultant and La Jolla Village News contributor Natasha Josefowitz and will include discussions about salary negotiations, pop-culture feminism and the story of the birth of the modern women’s movement.
