
The Strike Force have announced their training camp schedule in preparation for the season.
Training camp will take place at Pala Casino located at 11154 Highway 76, Pala, from Friday, Feb.21 to Saturday, Feb. 28.
Thursday, Feb. 20: The team will arrive in San Diego to begin entrance physicals at the Strike Force’s official medical provider Spine & Sport Physical Therapy.
Friday, Feb. 21: The team will report to Pala Casino for the first meeting to go over season expectations, paperwork, the training camp schedule, and playbooks.
Saturday, Feb. 22 through Friday, Feb. 27: First team practice at the Birdsall Sports Complex (BSC) located at 32380 Deer Hollow Way, Temecula, from 10 a.m. to noon. Afternoon practice will be at BSC from 3 to 5 p.m.
Morning practices will be full pads with a focus on offensive and defensive individual skills, including 1v1 skills and 5-on-5s. Afternoon practices will be helmets only to emphasize technique work, install and have a conditioning based focus.
Players and coaches will be available for interviews before the start of practice and immediately following.
Saturday, Feb. 28: Scrimmage at BSC from 10 a.m. to noon. All practices will be open to season ticket holders. Limited opportunities for autographs and photos will be available following each practice.
