Kudos to artist Katy Helen Stockinger (“Artist makes a splash on guardrail outside skate park,” Nov. 29 Beacon, Page 5)!! I was thrilled a few weeks ago when I first saw the work starting on the barricades outside the skateboard park. The work is so artfully and beautifully painted. Such a good job!! It is the perfect entry welcome into Ocean Beach.
