On Oct. 10, a fisherman found Haitham Elshayeb, a 37-year-old Egyptian male, floating in the ocean off the coast of Mission Beach. He may have also used the name Max. His death is currently being investigated as suspicious. The San Diego Police Department is seeking any information regarding Haitham (Max) Elshayeb and his whereabouts prior to Oct. 10.
