Artist Yumi works on a plein-air painting featuring one of her Phantom of the Opera series of images outside La Jolla Recreation Center, 615 Prospect St.
The nonprofit La Jolla Fine Arts group held a series of summer shows throughout July and August, with the final weekend Aug. 18-19.
The event features artists painting and displaying recent works.
